We are interested in working with new graduates and those with established practices looking to relocate. No investment is required, and we offer the facility to build a practice quickly.

Whichever practice type you choose, you join a talented, passionate team, dedicated to providing the best treatment and care to our growing community.

New graduates or new to Ontario physicians, who join the FHT qualify for income stabilization, in exchange for commitment and service to develop a practice and patient rosters.

The funding is offered for up to one-year, at which time you are required to transition to the Blended Salary Model. In addition, the FHT offers four weeks vacation, two weeks paid CME, and a generous benefit package.

ABOUT OUR HEALTH CARE TEAM

All FHT physicians work with a group of allied health professions that presently includes:

  • Chronic disease management programs
  • Clerical and administrative staff
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapist
  • NP’s, RN’s and RPN’s
  • Pharmacist
  • Preventative health programs
  • Social Worker
  • Consult Geriatrician
  • Registered Dietitian

Our state-of-the-art clinic, newly opened in October 2024, offers modern, fully equipped office space that is EMR-integrated and virtually paperless. Each physician suite includes examination rooms, shared office space, a treatment room, and central reception, with seamless access to laboratory, ultrasound, pharmacy, and other services. All administration and billing support is managed at no cost to you, provided by our experienced medical office assistants. You will be supported by an exceptional interdisciplinary team.
