About Delhi Location Area
Located on Ontario’s South Coast, the town of Delhi is a welcoming community near the shores of Lake Erie, in the heart of Norfolk County.
Norfolk County is conveniently situated within driving distance of Ontario’s 400-series highways and is approximately midway between the U.S. border crossings at Sarnia, Windsor, and Fort Erie.
Known for its rich agricultural heritage, the region’s moderate climate and diverse ecosystems support an abundance of fresh, local produce — making it an ideal place to enjoy a “100-mile diet.” The area is also home to the rare and ecologically significant Carolinian Forest, one of Canada’s most unique forest regions.
Surrounded by scenic rural landscapes, charming historic towns, welcoming ports, and quiet hamlets, Delhi offers both natural beauty and a strong sense of community.
About The Port Rowan Location Area
The Port Rowan Medical Centre, our sister medical building, is located in the charming lakeside community of Port Rowan. Situated along a quiet bay on the shores of Lake Erie, it is just a short drive from Delhi.
The bay remains calm even on windy days, thanks to the natural protection of Long Point — a spectacular 40-kilometre sandspit extending into Lake Erie and one of Ontario’s most remarkable natural features.
Lake Erie’s warm, shallow waters make the area a popular destination for boating, water sports, and fishing. Long Point Bay is especially well known for its excellent fishing opportunities, offering access to a wide variety of Lake Erie fish species.
The region is also notable for having one of the highest concentrations of shipwrecks per square kilometre of any freshwater location, making it a unique destination for scuba diving. Sandy beaches stretch along the shoreline, offering some of Ontario’s most beautiful and relaxing waterfront views.
