From the onset of this pandemic, our primary care team, alongside our community partners, have been working vigilantly to keep our community safe. During this time of unprecedented need, we have offered health care assessments, testing, treatment, and vaccinations, to thousands of the most vulnerable in our community.

Now, more than ever, we are most dedicated to growth and our mission of providing sustainable rural health care. Therefore, we are extremely proud to welcome Dr. Meaghen Rollins and Dr. David Weiler to our community practice.
