Registered Dietitian

Lexie Nobbs, MScFN, RD

I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition (MScFN) from Western University. My clinical interests include prenatal nutrition, chronic disease management, digestive disorders, and malnutrition.

Services

I currently work as an in-patient dietitian at Woodstock Hospital and previously represented Canada as a Youth Delegate at the United Nations World Food Forum in Rome, Italy.

I am passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan, empowering people through food skills and nutrition literacy, and contributing to the health of the community where I grew up. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, cycling, gardening, and travelling.

Individual Counselling

One-on-one nutrition counselling is available for clients who have, or are at risk of developing, conditions such as:

  • Diabetes
  • High cholesterol
  • Prenatal/postnatal nutrition
  • Digestive disorders (e.g., Crohn’s disease, Colitis, acid reflux, IBS, diverticulosis)

Counselling is also offered for individuals looking to improve overall health, prevent disease, and make sustainable lifestyle changes.
