The Norfolk Family Health Team are taking preventive steps to limit the exposure to the coronavirus in
their communities and workforce while at the same time taking care of patients who continue to need
routine care.

Primarily all appointments will be done virtually (by phone or computer) to ensure the safety of
yourself, the community and the staff. We will accommodate the needs of each patient if a virtual
appointment is not possible;

If you have at least one of the following symptoms: fever and/or new onset of cough or difficulty
breathing

OR

At least two of the following symptoms:

Chills, muscle aches, fatigue, headache, sore throat, nasal congestion, lost sense of taste or smell,
digestive issues (nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain), or for young children and infants:
sluggishness or lack of appetite

OR

Travelled and returned in the last 14 days;

OR

had close contact without appropriate PPE with a probable or confirmed case of COVID-19

When: Tuesday and Wednesday evening’s from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday morning’s from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

ABSOLUTELY NO WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS!

FLU SHOTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE! There are 3 easy ways to get a flu shot:

  1. At any local pharmacy
  2. In a FHT Nursing clinic – every Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in Delhi
    Port Rowan Nursing Clinics –December 9 & 14 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
  3. At your booked medical appointment

ALL flu vaccines will be pre-booked this year. NO WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS!
