Walking is a great activity to keep your body and mind in shape by increasing cardiovascular endurance and decreasing health risks associated with stress. Come out and join the Chronic Pain and Midwifery programs for a weekly Wellness Walk at Wellington Park from 10-11am running from March-October weather permitting. All fitness levels welcome with multiple rest stops if needed.
