Simcoe location: our newest and flagship location located in the heart of Simcoe. Visit us at 185 Robinson Street.

Delhi location: with continued deep roots in this vibrant community. Visit us at 105 Main Street.

Port Rowan Location: Located in the picturesque waterfront town of Port Rowan. Visit us at the Port Rowan Medical Centre, 1009 Bay Street.

The delivery of our Programs & Services encompasses all of Norfolk County including: Delhi, Port Rowan, Simcoe, Waterford, Port Dover, and all other surrounding Norfolk communities.
